Danny McCrea is a 28-year-old filmmaker and Baltimore native. He serves as creative director, camera operator, and editor on a variety of commercial and short form projects which include social media campaigns for Shift Robotics, Amazon Prime’s Beast Games season 2, and Sony Music Entertainment. Danny works closely with marketing teams to establish a creative strategy that organically grows brand awareness and drives social media engagement, resulting in over 100 million views.

Danny also frequents as 1st Assistant Director, doing so on Harris Doran’s Sundance Film Festival Official Selection, F^¢K '€M R!GHT B@¢K, and Dave Solomon’s Tribeca Film Festival Official Selection, Brenda and Billy and the Pothos Plant. Danny held the 1st AD title on his first feature film, Woman in the Cabinet, from the producers of 2018’s Madeline’s Madeline, which is in post-production.
